台風10号の接近に伴い、学生相談センター（北部相談室・吉田相談室・吉田南相談室・桂相談室・宇治相談室）は、気象や交通機関の状況に応じて、以下のホームページに掲載されている方針により開閉室の判断を行います。

なお、閉室の場合は、対面、オンライン、電話等の相談方法に関わらず相談業務を休止します。また吉田相談室が閉室する場合には、学校医面談、留学生相談室も同様に閉室とします。
閉室となった場合、閉室の時間帯に相談予約をお取りしていた方には各相談室からメール等でご連絡をさし上げますので、相談日時の変更にご協力のほどお願いいたします。

If a storm warning is issued for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City due to the approach of Typhoon No. 10, the Student Counseling Office (North, Yoshida, Yoshida-South, Katsura and Uji) will be closed according to the following policy. During the period of closure, all the counseling services such as face-to-face, online, or telephone will be suspended. When the Counseling Office Yoshida is closed, the School Doctor’s Consultation and the International Student Counseling Office (Inclu. Advising Lounge ‘KI-ZU-NA’) will be closed as well.
If a special storm warning is issued for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City at 6:30 a.m., the office will be closed in the morning.
If a special storm warning is issued for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City at 10:30 a.m., the office will be closed for the entire day.
If the special storm warning for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City is lifted at 10:30 a.m., the office will be open from 1:00 p.m.
（The office will open at 1:00 p.m. . However, there may be some changes depending on the attendance of the staff in charge).
In case of office closure, we will email those who have reservations at that time to adjust the schedule.
