台風14号の接近に伴い、京都市または京都市を含む地域に特別警報もしくは暴風警報が発表された場合、学生相談センター（北部相談室・吉田相談室・吉田南相談室・桂相談室・宇治相談室）は、以下の方針により閉室します。なお、閉室中は、対面、オンライン、電話等の相談方法に関わらず相談業務を休止します。また吉田相談室が閉室する場合には、学校医面談、留学生相談室も同様に閉室とします。

・午前6時30分時点で、京都市または京都市を含む地域に特別警報もしくは暴風警報が発表されている場合、午前中閉室します。
・午前10時30分時点で、京都市または京都市を含む地域に特別警報もしくは暴風警報が発表されている場合、全日閉室します。
・午前10時30分時点で、京都市または京都市を含む地域の特別警報もしくは暴風警報が解除された場合、午後1時より開室します。（ただし、担当スタッフの出勤状況により変更することがあります。）

閉室となった場合、閉室の時間帯に相談予約をお取りしていた方には各相談室からメール等でご連絡をさし上げますので、相談日時の変更にご協力のほどお願いいたします。

Since the special storm warning is issued for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City due to the approach of Typhoon No. 14, the Student Counseling Office (Counseling Office North, Counseling Office Yoshida, Counseling Office Yoshida-South, Counseling Office Katsura, and Counseling Office Uji) will be closed according to the following policy. During the period of closure, the counseling services will be suspended regardless of the method of counseling, such as face-to-face, online, or telephone. When the Counseling Office Yoshida is closed, the School Doctor’s Consultation and the International Student Advising Office (Inclu. KI-ZU-NA advisory lounge) will be closed as well.

If a special storm warning is issued for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City at 6:30 a.m., the office will be closed in the morning.
If a special storm warning is issued for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City at 10:30 a.m., the office will be closed for the entire day.
If the special storm warning for Kyoto City or the area including Kyoto City is lifted at 10:30 a.m., the office will be open from 1:00 p.m.
（The office will open at 1:00 p.m. . However, there may be some changes depending on the attendance of the staff in charge).

In the event that the office is closed, students who have reserved a consultation appointment during the closed time will be notified by e-mail or other tools, and we ask for your cooperation in rescheduling your reservations.
